I know my songs are crazy now I’m just waiting on the world to notice. “Tryna make it on the Forbes Listâ€. That’s another quote from my song from my song basically saying in that quote I was saying I wanna be really rich like a millionaire or billionaire. My next project a tape or an EP will be hard. Everybody gonna fuck with it, love songs, plenty different type of songs tune in.
Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Fize Cash: I was born in central jersey New Brunswick to be specific raised up in route 9 the 732 I lived there for good amount of my childhood then moved to south jersey the 609. The street I lived off was route 9. So everyone who lives there say things like “Ima put on for the 9. I always wrote songs and had love for it, but people always told me it’s almost impossible to make it, plus I use to think you gotta have a lot of money or be signed before you get into a studio. But I started seeing all that wasn’t factual.
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
Fize Cash: Fize is my name but I was trying to come up with a 2nd part to my name. One of the rappers that I followed their music use to have cash in their name but didn’t use it anymore so I ran with it. I was always flashy and people always told me that so it fit me.
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
Fize Cash: Online music sharing is good because in our generation people don’t use CD’s anymore. So that’s the best way to get music heard. Yeah all my music is out for free for now. In my eyes I’m not on a big enough platforms to be charging people. An album definitely won’t be free though.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Fize Cash: To get start up gigs you have to be consistent and hungry with the grind. And give up a lot of fun to be successful that’s what I instilled in myself and you have to network with people. A lot of people gonna put you down and tell you’re never gonna make it and tell you you’re not talented but you truly gotta believe in yourself wisdom from Fize Cash.
Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?
Fize Cash: I perform at parties I don’t really see it as difficult its fun to me everybody turnt up to the song you made. I haven’t performed on stage yet but that’s coming soon.
Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?
Fize Cash: “Next year gon be touring†that’s a quote from my single Forbes List me basically me predicting the future. By next year I’m definitely gon be touring.
Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
Fize Cash: Normally my boy Bias who from UK but lives in Germany sends me a fire ass beat and I go off. I normally do the hook first because that makes the song. If I don’t have the hook I go onto to the verse then something pops in my head for the hook. Sometimes the beat just talks to me.
Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?
Fize Cash: No I don’t have a music website. I promote my music on Twitter, Instagram but I’m featured on certain sites and blogs.
Exposed Vocals: What are some really embarrassing songs that we might find on your mp3 player?
Fize Cash: I don’t know about no embarrassing songs because I listen to variety of music from the Ashanti, J lo’s, love songs, to the old schools, trap songs, I even listen to and enjoy the song bring me to life by Evanescence.
Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?
Fize Cash: If I was given a half million dollars I’d invest in myself and make more out of that. I’d invest in my Pops business. And get him and my mom way better cars, take care of brothers, sisters, and grandma the remainder I would get fly with.
Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
Fize Cash: I got Pro Tools and an official mic. But I still record at my engineer’s studio.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
Fize Cash: Ways that work for me I make videos on social media bumping my shit and people ask what song is this, what’s your soundcloud or send me links.
Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
Fize Cash: I would wanna perform with somebody who has the same turnt up energy as me. I wanna perform anywhere.
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
Fize Cash: I’m working on a mixtape or ep with 6 to 7 songs. Expect bangers on it and I’m dropping more crazy singles.
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
Fize Cash: Music is really what I wanna do. So if I couldn’t do that I would be doing something I don’t enjoy doing.
Exposed Vocals: Do you remember buying your first album? Who was it? What was going through your head?
Fize Cash: My first album I bought was MJ or 50 cent album. I knew all the words to the songs on there and listened to em all day every day. I use to perform the 50 cent album in my house with durag and white beater on; sometimes my cousin performed it with me.
Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?
Fize Cash: Juggling responsibilities is the hardest part because there’s so many distractions, plus school and shit. I just stay focus and stay to myself as much as possible because everybody doesn’t view the same path as me, everybody just wanna be regular and live a regular lifestyle but not me. The world and people do anything to distract you from your path/goal so key thing is just gotta stay focus.

Fize Cash: 2016 expect Fize Cash to bigger than before. More hits coming and 2017 my brother Max coming home from the pen he gonna drop some dope shit. Just know Fize Cash and The Cash Campaign taking over.
