Filing a DMCA Notice If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and wish to file a DMCA takedown request, please send an email with the following information to admin@exposedvocals.com:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including a direct URL link.
4. Contact information, including name, email address, and phone number.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification by providing the following details to admin@exposedvocals.com:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, email address, and phone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and agree to accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant initiates a legal action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy Exposed Vocals may terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe upon copyrights.
